FutureCraft.
The Adaptive Intelligence Layer
for City-Governed Construction.

An open-source, AI-powered platform working with nearly 5,000 cities across 18 territories on 4 continents. We generate fabrication-ready building designs configured to local codes, cost targets, and climate conditions. Free for cities. Revenue from verified carbon.

Start here

To solve housing, climate,
and digital sovereignty worldwide,
we must end the Stone Age of
construction everywhere.
Our 4,897 cities agree.

Construction accounts for 40% of global emissions. Its productivity has barely improved in 50 years. 80% of projects overrun budgets by 20-45%. And 2.8 billion people still lack adequate housing. In a world of abundant data, advanced computation, and global connectivity, this model is not just inefficient. It is an obstacle to civilisational progress.

Three systems. One platform.
City-scale impact.

01
Digital Housing Commons
Free, open-source design patterns from partnering architects across 13 typologies - affordable, suburban, urban, municipal, education, office, commercial, industrial, medical, sports, multi-purpose, tiny, and data centres. AI-optimised for local context. Architects upload once, earn recurring royalties on every deployment.
02
AI Configurator
Assembles patterns against full local context data - regulatory, climatic, geographic, economic, and infrastructural. Generates production-ready fabrication files with native interoperability across BIM, BHoM, FIWARE, and AEC standards.
03
Carbon Verification
Calculates provable sequestration from configurator data, material specs, logistics, and satellite monitoring. Tokenises it. Governed by the HOST://protocol - our operational ethics charter for AI accountability, carbon integrity, and data sovereignty. Rigorous numbers, auditable methodology, zero greenwashing.

Not a concept.
A platform in motion.

City Network
Nearly 5,000 cities across 18 territories. Working with EC, G20, WEF, UN, and ASEAN. Built over a decade of direct engagement. Unprecedented pooled demand. Not replicated easily. If at all.
Creatomus Merger
Stock-swap acquisition of a 10-year production-ready codebase. 450+ homes delivered, existing clients, EUR 500K+ existing revenue. At MoU stage, initiating terms and due diligence. Merger mechanically linked to seed raise.
Pilots
Tallinn (1,000-student modular school), Singapore (mass-timber data centres with Buro Happold), and ASEAN (city-network activation). Built the first AI-designed house based on context data in the world (Toekomstschip). Preparation underway for Morocco, Dubai, and Maharashtra.
Buro Happold Partnership
Three-layer partnership framework with Tier-1 engineering firm. Configurator validation, BHoM integration, and data-centre flagship application. Governed under HOST://protocol charter (v3.5 published). LoI in progress. Singapore pilot in development.

Carbon tokens at the core.
Scales with every unit built.

Every nature-based building sequesters carbon. We calculate the provable amount from configurator data, material specs, logistics, and satellite monitoring. Tokenise it. Sell it to manufacturers who access the city network. When certification frameworks mature, tokens also function as offsetting certificates.

Indicative trajectory: Y1 approximately 1,000 units (EUR 1.2M carbon token revenue), Y2 approximately 5,000 units (EUR 6M), Y3 approximately 15,000 units (EUR 18M). Additional SaaS, project fees, and B2G programme revenue on top.

Five layers of defensibility.
Each reinforces the others.

01
Open-Source Moat
Free designs drive adoption at scale. No competitor offers this model in construction. The more architects contribute, the smarter the platform becomes.
02
City Network
Nearly 5,000 cities. EC, G20, WEF, UN, ASEAN. A decade to build. Each city is a regulatory pathway, a procurement channel, a deployment site - and a local monopoly on permitting.
03
Carbon Integrity
Physics-first verification under the HOST://protocol. Independent audit. Public methodology. A trust premium that competitors relying on offsets cannot match.
04
AI + Regulatory Data
5,000 jurisdictions' building codes as machine-readable data. Automated compliance is the platform's engine. This dataset compounds.
05
Engineering Trust Layer
Buro Happold as validation partner. Tier-1 engineering credibility makes configurator outputs bankable, insurable, and permittable.
